Noori Top, Link between Naran and Neelum Valley, Pakistan. Noori Top is located on the border between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir. The long journey to Noori Top from Naran starts on the main Naran-Babusar jeep road (the road under renovation and re-carpeting). The road passes through the small towns of Batakundi, Burwai and Jalkad along the Kunhar River. At Jalkad, the recently constructed jeep road to Noori Top branches off from the main road which continues towards Babusar Pass. The traffic on this narrow road is minimal, with few jeeps and old 4x4 trucks plying between Naran and Kashmir. The views from Naran all the way to Noori Top are spectacular. Noori Top itself is a vast green meadow. The road, after passing through Noori Top, descends into Kashmir.
It is always advisable to take your own water and food on the trip as there is no place to stay or eat between Jalkad and Noori Top. Transport to Noori Top can be arranged at Naran.
